第 一问“What it is about?” 什么计划

关于计划本身可选择的范围非常广，可以是长期的，也可以是短期的，可以是娱乐相关的，比如旅行计划、探亲访友计划；也可以是自身提升相关的，如健身锻炼，阅读，学习某一样乐器，总之表达自己的真实想法即可。

第二问“Why you make it” 为什么制定

制定的原因主要根据计划本身的内容回答。首先可以是本来就想做很久了，却一直没有行动，还可以是因为喜欢，想挑战自我，或者觉得做这件事很有意义。

第三问“What you need to do first”首先做什么

完成计划的第 一步通常可以从小事做起，这边给大家举几个例子。比如：近期有阅读计划，那么第 一步就是购买感兴趣的书籍；最近打算和好友出门旅行，第 一步便是订票订酒店；希望自己能够坚持健身锻炼，那么第 一步就是去健身房办卡或购买一些可能用的健身器材，运动服装。

第四问“And explain how you would feel if it is successful” 成功后你会有什么感觉

完成自己的计划后的感觉，对于大多数人来说，一般都是很开心以及满满的成就感，觉得自己做了预期内的行动，如果是一件需要长期坚持的事情，那么就更加值得高兴了，尤其是自身提升内的计划。

I’d like to describe a life plan of mine, which is finish reading 100 books in two years. In today’s world, reading can be both easy and difficult. It is easy because there are millions of books available nowadays that one can get in both the paper and digital version. It is also difficult to form a reading habit since there are so many kinds of entertainment like video games, TV, social media and so on, distracting us and preventing us from devoting time and energy to reading.

Well, the plan is quite simple to carry out: I need to spend 2-3 hours a day reading on my digital book reader and stick to it no matter what. Actually, I’ve already started it, and so far so good. I’ve been able to keep this commitment for almost three months, and it didn’t give me much trouble, so all I need to do next is maintain the status quo.

As for the reasons. Well, I think reading is important. There are so many things I don’t know that can be learned from books. It broadens your horizons and makes you humble. Interestingly, I have somehow developed this curiosity about knowledge of any kind, be it philosophy, biology or economics. I mean I’ve just had this hole of craving that needed to be filled with knowledge. If I could succeed in my plan, I would definitely feel a sense of accomplishment. Obviously, it is a huge and difficult task. But at the same time, I would probably feel that’s not enough and that I should keep reading and reach the number of 200.
