该题目难度系数中等，但是对于大家来说重难点在于平时并没有阅读过相关的期刊杂志或者网络文章。不过，现在的科技比较发达，我们通过手机就能接收很多互联网上的话题，或多或少会有涉及到health(健康类)的话题，比如保养皮肤、健康饮食、健身等内容，这些都算是该口语话题卡的范围之内。

There is no denying this conviction that health is wealth. Due to the corona pandemic, my country was in a state of lockdown in the year 2020.

During that time, my health suffered a lot as I gained a lot of weight. To take care of my health, I read a lot of content during that time. Since I was getting confused with a lot of information available on the internet. On my friend’s suggestion, I read an article by famous fitness expert Dr Rimple Sharma’s.

The article has knowledge that is beyond the conventional domain. According to Dr Rimple Sharma, the contribution of exercise in weight loss is just 20 per cent. To effectively lose weight, one should focus on his/her diet. Because if you manage your diet, it’s guaranteed that you will lose weight.

Initially, I thought that the knowledge given in the article is incorrect. Because as per gym instructors and other fitness experts, we can lose weight by putting tremendous efforts into exercise. So I was in a state of confusion regarding which way I should follow to lose weight. Since I had joined the gym many times and didn’t get many benefits. I decided to follow the advice of Dr Rimple Sharma. To my surprise, I lost almost 20 kgs weight in 6 months.

Moreover, I started feeling more confident and energetic. So I can say the article is good and everyone must read it.

Author – Information on the internet with a listed author is one indication of a credible site. The fact that the author is willing to stand behind the information presented (and in some cases, include his or her contact information) is a good indication that the information is reliable.

Break tasks into chunks. Make checklists and to-do lists. Teach calendar and time management skills. Establish daily routines. Introduce idea organizers. Use color-coding. Create fun memory aids. Create an organized work space.

     # What can governments do to improve people's health?

Assure an Adequate Local Public Health Infrastructure. Promote Healthy Communities and Healthy Behavior. Prevent the Spread of Communicable Disease.
